All locations are easy to access and provide gorgeous soft golden light.

grassy fields + river views

Melton Hill Park

The best spot for tall, grassy fields and rolling hills. The Clinch River strolls by and the rocky outcropping is a beautiful backdrop to your setting. This location is best just before sunset to take advantage of the river view.

UT Botanical Gardens

Gorgeous gardens and easy walking path with so many different options for beautiful blooming flowers and greenery. Vintage truck, stacked stone waterfall, and many other interesting details abound in this beautiful space.

Seven Islands State Birding Park

Paved walking path with mountain and rolling mountain views. Grassy fields, expansive bridge, and the gorgeous French Broad River. This location is beautiful but does include a bit of walking if you want to get all the way to the river. May want to bring a change of shoes if you plan on wearing heels, and the stroller if you bring young children and want to walk all the way to the river. Beautiful wildflowers blooming in summer.

Lakeshore Park

Gorgeous fields, stately trees and long range views. Beautiful warm golden light in the evening.

Very easy access to the parking lot, very short walk on an even path.

We reserve a lovely studio space for families that prefer to have their session in a natural light studio. We frequently shoot our natural newborn sessions in this lifestyle space. It’s great for first birthdays and baby milestone sessions as well.

I travel to client’s homes that are within 20 miles of our office in Farragut. Prior to your session, we will do a virtual consult to discuss the lighting and the best time of day to shoot your session.
